■ Characteristics:
● Material: Sealing Nut, Locknut and Body are made from Stainless Steel (AISI304, AISI316 or AISI316L).
● Claw: Made from UL-certified nylon 66, 94V-2 (94V-0 optional).
● Seal & O-ring: Made from oil resistant NBR (weather resistant EPDM, Natural Rubber or Silicone Rubber).
● Thread System: According to the Germany standard DIN40430.
● Standard Colors: Metallic silver.
● Protection Degree: Up to IP68 (assembled together with the O-ring within the cable range).
● Operation Temperature: Static: -40℃ to 100℃, short-term: 120℃. Dynamic: -20℃ to 80℃, short-term: 100℃.
● How to use: Mount gland to pre-drilled panel hole, use locknut to fix gland on board, insert the cables in the seal and then tighten up the sealing nut to hold cables in position.
■ Applications:
Used for fixing cables to provide effective protection against dust, water, oil, acid, alkaline, alcohol, solvents in the fields of electrical and electronic technologies, machineries, telecommunications, wireless networking ODUs, power supplies, switches, junction boxes, solar PV modules, Inverters, lightings, displays, traffics, signals, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, installation and other instruments, etc. Innovative design for the Seal and Claw, wide clamping range, strong resistance against the tensile strength and thus it can protect cables effectively.
