■ Characteristics:
● Material: UL-recognized nylon 66, flammability 94V-2 for A, C, E, F parts (94V-0 is optional).
● Seal & Washer: Oil resistant NBR for B, D parts (available in weatherproof EPDM, Natural Rubber or Silicone rubber).
● Thread System: According to the European standard EN60423.
● Standard Colors: Grey RAL7035, black RAL9005 (available in other colors like grey RAL7005, grey RAL7001, blue RAL5012, orange RAL6018, green RAL2004, etc).
● Protection Degree: Up to IP68 (assembled together with the Washer within the cable range).
● Operation Temperature: Static: -40℃ to 100℃, short-term: 120℃. Dynamic: -20℃ to 80℃, short-term: 100℃.
● How to use: Mount gland to pre-drilled panel hole, use locknut to fix gland on board, insert the cables in the seal and then tighten up the sealing nut to hold cables in position.
■ Applications:
Used for fixing cables to provide effective protection against dust, water, oil, acid, alkaline, alcohol, solvents in the fields of electrical and electronic technologies, machineries, telecommunications, wireless networking ODUs, power supplies, switches, junction boxes, solar PV modules, Inverters, lightings, displays, traffics, signals, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, installation and other instruments, etc. Innovative design for the Seal and Claw, wide clamping range, strong resistence against the tensile strength and thus it can protect cables effectively.
