■ Characteristics:
● Material: Claw, Locknut & Body are made from UL-certified nylon 66, 94V-2 (94V-0 optional).
● Clamping Nut: Plastic spray alloy in black.
● Seal & O-ring: Made from oil resistant NBR (weather resistant EPDM, Natural Rubber or Silicone optional).
● Thread System: According to BS 811.
● Standard Colors: Black RAL9005.
● Protection Degree: Up to IP68 (assembled together with O-ring within the cable range).
● Operation Temperature: Static: -40℃ to 100℃, short-term: 120℃. Dynamic: -20℃ to 80℃, short-term: 100℃.
● Function: Designed with dual locking screw clamp, it can secure cables firmly to provide extra resistance to pull-out and protection of the cables without damage.
● How to use: Mount gland to pre-drilled panel hole, use locknut to fix gland on board, insert the cables in the seal and then tighten up the clamping nut to hold cables in position, finally tighten the two screws.
■ Applications:
Used for fixing cables to provide effective protection from looseness, pullout, dust, water, oil, acid, alkaline, alcohol, solvents in the fields of electrical and electronic technologies, machineries, telecommunications, wireless networking ODUs, power supplies, switches, junction boxes, solar PV modules, Inverters, lightings, displays, traffics, signals, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, installation and other instruments, etc. Innovative design for the Seal and Claw, wide clamping range, strong resistence against the tensile strength and thus it can protect cables effectively.
